Shibkooh Zaytoon Co. as a construction company was established in Tehran in 1997 with the intention of being active in the field of contractor, design and consultation.

From the first beginning by employing the experts, the company has made its upmost effort to meet the existing regulations and standards in the profession of engineering. Now after nearly 12 years of its life, the company has designed and performed more than tens of different commercial, residential and industrial projects throughout the country. Most of the projects implemented by Shibkooh Zaytoon Company or most of which are still under the construction are governed by Junoub Trading.

Junoub Trading is a holding company whose head office is located in Kish tourism and commercial free zone in southern part of Iran. Apart from Klsh Island, junoub Trading has also offices in Tehran, Shiraz, Bandarabbas and Qeshm.

Being established in 1997, Shibkooh Company started to build zaytoon mall in Kish Island. Later on the company managed to design and construct several industrial and residential complexes in that Island most of which belonged to private sectors. Among them was Shahrak –e- Parvaz residential complex with 112 apartments in five floors.

Anyway, all the projects performed so far by SHibkooh Zaytoon Co. in Kish Island are totally 40,000 sqms.

Having found Bandarabbas as a city with big potentiality in commercial and industrial activities, Shibkooh Company decided to transfer its head office from Tehran to Bandarabbas. It happened in 2002. From that time till now the company has designed and performed many different projects in that city and still has more under the construction which can wholly be summarized as follows:

Moreover, the company has extended the domain of its activity from Bandarabbas to another southern port city of Iran- Booshehr. There, it has carried out another big commercial - residential complex project with the area of 27,000 sqms called Booshehr Zaytoon commercial - residential complex. It is also constructing the 2nd zaytoon commercial - administrative complex with 40,000 sqms in Booshehr.

Last but not least, the most attractive and important project being carried out now by the company is Zaytoon – e – Fars commercial complex located in the heart of Shiraz with 55,000 sqms substructure. The materials used in this project are of the best quality.

Considering the above – mentioned explanations, we find that Shibkooh Zaytoon Co. has managed to perform nearly 400,000 sqms of constructional projects from the beginning till now.
